Jump Start

Age Group: 5–8 years
Focus: Physical literacy, movement confidence, coordination

Jump Start lays the foundation for future athletic success. We focus on fun, engaging sessions that develop balance, agility, coordination, and body awareness — all critical skills for long-term athletic development. This is where healthy movement habits begin, preparing young athletes physically and mentally for more advanced training.

Age Group: 8–12 years
Focus: Agility, acceleration, linear & multidirectional speed

Our Speed program transitions young athletes into more sport-specific mechanics. Sessions target explosive movement, fast footwork, sprint techniques, and reaction time. Whether preparing for team sports or individual events, athletes here learn how to move smarter and faster.

Age Group: 12–15 years
Focus: Foundational strength, movement mechanics, injury prevention

 

This program introduces youth athletes to structured strength training in a safe, controlled environment. We emphasize correct form, motor control, core strength, and progressive overload — helping athletes build power while minimizing risk of injury. It’s about laying the physical platform needed for elite performance.

Age Group: 15+ years
Focus: Peak conditioning, sports performance, testing & tracking

 

Our Performance program is where training becomes elite. Tailored to aspiring athletes, this high-performance phase includes strength, speed, power, mobility, and endurance — all tracked and supported by expert coaching. Whether they’re pushing for scholarships or preparing for Olympic pathways, this is where young athletes are refined and elevated.
